My name is Amanda, and in my own story of transformation, I have been passionate about researching, understanding, and sharing the knowledge I have practiced and witnessed: how working with the physical, energetic, and emotional body helps overcome various emotional difficulties and grow personally and spiritually.
In recent years, I have learned multiple energy work tools for developing maximum human potential. This learning led me to research, study, analyze, and understand energy as a source and treatment based on scientific knowledge to achieve personal liberation and growth.
